The theme for the 41st annual Cameron County Canoe & Kayak Classic, scheduled for Saturday, April 4, is “Go with the Flow, Find a Great Adventure.” As long as water conditions remain favorable, the race will begin at the Boat Launch along Route 120, south of Emporium near the Emporium Country Club, and will end near the Route 555 bridge in Driftwood. Stream flow rates will be closely monitored and if the water is too low or the flow too quick, the location of the race will be changed or the race will be rescheduled.
