The Sylvan Heritage Council, in conjunction with the Northern Tier Community Action Corporation, recently applied for and received a grant to landscape the front and west-facing sides of the beautiful and historic Northern Tier Community Action Corporation building.  The project was financed in part by the PA Wilds Planning Team, with a C2P2 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation.  Kane Lawn & Garden, of Kane, PA completed the work at the end of May.  Shown in the photo are, left to right: Randy Metcalf, Deputy Director NTCAC; Jan Hampton, PA Wilds Planning Team; Lori Reed, Cameron County Commissioner; Chrissy Slusarick, Sylvan Heritage Council President; and David Greene, Executive Director NTCAC.
