Some students dressed as superheroes while others fancied the Halloween Parade a fashion show during Friday’s celebrations at Woodland Elementary. Skies cleared briefly in an otherwise dreary day, as temperatures in the past week have dipped nearly 10-degrees below average with light snowfall and frosty nights recorded across the region. Trick-or-Treat in Cameron County will be held on Thursday evening, October 31st. In Emporium, Trick-or-Treaters will be welcomed from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. In Driftwood and Sinnemahoning, participants can assemble at the Sinnemahoning Firehall at 5 p.m. for a hayride and treats beginning at 5:30 p.m., with Trick-or-Treating to follow.
