Alle-Catts Shut Out Smethport 16-0

The Emporium Alle-Catt baseball team traveled to Smethport on Sunday and easily defeated the Goshawks 16-0. Rick Uber, Tre Garzel, and Navada Waterman combined to scatter seven hits in the shutout victory.
Uber worked six innings, allowing six hits while striking out six without walking a batter. Garzel pitched two scoreless frames with two strikeouts, and Waterman tossed a scoreless ninth with a pair of whiffs.
