‘Alzheimer’s Accountability Act’
Alzheimer’s is the 6th leading cause of death in America and there are currently more than five million Americans living with Alzheimer’s. Currently there is no cure for Alzheimer’s. It is disheartening to learn that only 1.7 percent of the National Institute of Health’s budget goes to researching Alzheimer’s, when it is the most expensive disease in the nation.
