The Emporium Country Club ladies’ Thursday scramble was won by Meg Whiting, Judy Armanini, Pat English and Jill Carlson with a score of 37.
On Sunday, the men’s tournament was the annual Tom Roberto Memorial. The format was a two-man scramble with a total handicap of 30, using four drives from each player. In honor of Tom, who never used woods, each player had to hit an iron off the #1 tee.
