Cameron County Fair Set To Open Sunday
Hard to believe, but the 2017 edition of the Cameron County Fair will open on Sunday, August 6 with Vesper Services at 7 p.m. The speaker for the evening will be Pastor Daniel Lawson of the Faith Baptist Church.
There are a few changes to the schedule this year. On Tuesday evening the CCHS Taste Table will begin at 6:00. Also, Mountain Melodies will be playing on Wednesday night and not Tuesday as announced.
The fair office is open this week from noon until 4 p.m. to preregister your entries for the competitive exhibits. All exhibits must be entered by 7:00 Saturday. Judging will take place on Sunday and Beaver Hall will reopen on Monday evening after the tractor parade.
