Defendants appeared at the Cameron County Courthouse on Tuesday to face charges including drug possession, retail theft and driving under the influence (DUI) in front of visiting Judge John Foradora, of Jefferson County.

Cameron County Judge Richard Masson was unable to attend due to a medical issue, but hearings went on in his absence.

Kimberly Guisto, age 46, formerly of Emporium, had several plea hearings continued to focus on her recovery while attending the Potter County Women’s Rehabilitation Center in Harrison Valley.
