Donations Sought For Veterans’ Van
An effort is being made to raise money to purchase a van to transport veterans to medical appointments outside of the area.
Through the Disabled American Vets (DAV) program, Cameron County residents are looking to raise $27,000 to purchase a new van that will be used to take veterans to their Veterans Affairs (VA) appointments, which are often in cities far from Emporium, Driftwood and Sinnemahoning.
