‘Friends Serving Friends’ Pausing This Year

The free Christmas day dinner served from the Aroma Cafe` each year on Christmas day provided by “Friends Serving Friends, comprised of caring individuals from all over Cameron County will take a “pause” this year. We will not be serving a dinner this year on Christmas day due to Christmas being on a Sunday, a day of Sabbath rest and a day given to the worship of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. The majority of many of our volunteers who make food, serve and deliver this free meal will want to be worshipping in their own respective churches celebrating the birth of our Savior Jesus.
