We’re going to start this week with something I had no intention of mentioning; the Slippery Rock – California University football game on Saturday. My beloved Rock had been suffering through a season that could best be described as mediocre while the Cal U was 7-1 and ranked thirteenth nationally in Division 2. But low and behold, the Rock traveled down to the Monongahela Valley and knocked off the Vulcans 28-26 and things in my household are great for another year as my alma mater has now knocked off my wife’s for the second consecutive season. Wechachochapohka!
