Got a great surprise when both my kids decided to take a break from their studies and come home for the weekend. For the first time in a long time our whole family was gathered in the living room on a Saturday afternoon and of course we watched college football. The Pitt-Notre Dame triple overtime game was among the most exciting games I have seen this year and maybe ever, even if the Irish pulled out the win. My daughter, in her senior season at Pitt, had to be reminded that our coffee table has a glass top and wouldn’t take the abuse she was delivering to it.
