From the Bleachers

After I got back from a quick visit to Slippery Rock University to fill my son’s refrigerator on Saturday the television viewing went off the charts and my remote started smoking. In the same time frame I got to see the Pirates beat the Brewers, the Steelers beat the Bills and the NASCAR race at Bristol. The Pittsburgh baseball and football games are great use of my time and that goes without saying, but the Sprint Cup stock car races on the short track at Bristol are an added treat.
