Grimone Pleads Guilty To Ordinance Violations
A Cameron County resident has entered a guilty plea to ordinance violations received on four rental properties he owns within the Emporium Borough.
Matthew Grimone, age 59, entered guilty pleas to eight civil complaints filed against him. Four were issued by the Emporium Borough, and four by Building Code Inspector Russ Braun. Two complaints are filed on each of his four rental properties, located at 359 East Fifth Street Extension, 112 and 114 South Broad Street, 151 and 153 East Fourth Street, and 36 West Fourth Street. Similar complaints filed against a family member of Grimone’s for the same structures were dismissed.
