Jr. Conservation School Visits Andrews Farm

 

Potter County Junior Conservation School, sponsored by Black Forest Conservation Association in Coudersport recently held their week long camp for ages 13-15 that was established to promote awareness of our Environment and the principles of conservation.
Twenty students were carefully selected by their sponsors because of their interest in learning about our environment and the desire to attend a school of this kind.
Five students who participated in this year’s program were fully sponsored by Cameron County Conservation District, Cameron County Outdoor Youth Activities (CCOYA), VFW Miller Raffaele Aux. 6221, May Hollow Sportsman’s Club and Sinnemahoning Sportsmen’s Association. Those students were Reese Caton, Renee Earle, Adell Thomas, Dylan Rieder and Aaron Kepple. Caleb Rieder from Emporium, a former student, was selected to return as a counselor for the week.
