Learn To Quilt Classes
Cameron County Chamber of Commerce & Artisan Center will host quilting classes in January. Quilter Gini Schager will teach the two-night class on Monday, January 23 and January 30 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., focusing on turning t-shirts into quilts.
Each student is to bring a minimum of 12 t-shirts, scissors or rotary cutter and an iron to the first class. The fee of $40 includes the stabilizing material for the back of the t-shirts.
