Cabin Kitchen Under New Management

Emporium’s own Cabin Kitchen and Bakery is under new ownership as of last week, and a number of changes are in the works for this iconic location.
Jill Fryxell, a lifelong Cameron County resident, took over operation of the long-standing restaurant recently, and spoke to the Echo Monday.
