Chapman Requests Change of Attorney
A hearing Tuesday at the Cameron County Courthouse was originally scheduled to reveal the results of an assessment by the Sex Offenders Assessment Board, but instead saw the defendant request a new attorney.
Joseph William Chapman, age 31, formerly of Emporium, Coudersport and New York State, appeared in front of Judge Richard Masson today and requested a new attorney after a falling out with his current attorney, George “Jim” Daghir.
