Charges Bound Over In Fatal Crash

The preliminary hearing in a case against an Austin woman charged with homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence (DUI) and related charges was held Thursday after several postponements.
Katelyn Crosby-Wolfel, age 21, of Austin, is facing felony counts of homicide by vehicle and aggravated assault along with misdemeanor counts of DUI controlled substance combination, DUI highest rate alcohol and DUI general impairment for an accident on December 21 that killed one man and severely injured another.
