Charges Dismissed In Simple Assault Trial
Charges against Stephanie M. White, age 38, were dismissed at the beginning of her trial on Friday.
White had been accused by Troy Cool, a former Emporium resident, of assaulting him. Charges in the trial were dropped because Cool failed to appear.
