Charges Filed In Dec. Vehicular Homicide Case

Charges were filed Monday against an Emporium woman stemming from an investigation into a vehicular homicide case that occurred just before Christmas.
Kaitlyn Nicole Crosby-Wolfel, age 21, of Austin, was arrested on Monday and charged with felony counts of homicide by vehicle while under the influence and aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, and misdemeanor counts of DUI first offense, DUI highest rate and DUI controlled substance combination alcohol/drugs first offense.
