Chmelar Sentenced On Burglary, DUI Charges
An Emporium man entered guilty pleas and was sentenced in five separate cases, including two involving driving under the influence (DUI) and three burglaries, at the Cameron County Courthouse on Tuesday.
Brendyn M. Chmelar, age 26, of Mountain View Road in Emporium, entered guilty pleas in all five of the cases held against him in Cameron County. Three of the crimes were charged in 2013 and two in 2014.
