County Judicial Sale Properties Made Public

Last week, county solicitor Tommy Tompkins filed paperwork with Judge Richard Masson to proceed with the county’s first Judicial Sale to be held in nearly 20 years.

There are 52 properties up for auction spread across the county, but more than half of those, 28 in all, are located within the Borough of Emporium.
