Decision Handed Down On Assessment Appeals
Decisions have been handed down in two cases involving appeals on assessed real estate values within Emporium’s business district.
Judge Richard Masson issued the orders on December 31 concerning a building owned by Peter F. Grimone located at 37 East Fourth Street (location of the former Big G) and the Masonic Building located at 2 West Fourth Street (the former Hardware Store).
