Genaux Demonstrates Spinning Wheel
Local “Fiber Artist” Teresa Genaux was at the Little Museum in Sterling Run this past Saturday demonstrating how to use a spinning wheel using fiber from Alpaca that are raised on the Little Red Barn Farm in Cameron County.
Theresa explained the entire process after the Alpacas have been shorn. The shorn fleece is laid out on a table to remove any fibers not part of the premium quality blanket.
