Guilty Pleas Entered On Return Day

 

 

Several defendants entered guilty pleas during return day proceedings at the Cameron County Courthouse held on Tuesday.

Lee A. Pontzer, of Ridgway, pled guilty to a charge of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) of a controlled substance, possession of a-PVP (Bath Salts) and driving with a suspended license for an incident that occurred on April 17.

Pontzer was ordered to serve a sentence of three days to six months incarceration and twelve months of probation. She must also pay $1,500 in fines and will lose her driver’s license for an additional 18 months. Several other charges were not prosecuted.
