Helzel Trial Continued, Jury Dismissed
The trial for an Emporium resident accused of charges including rape of a child has been continued due to a mix up in the dates the events are alleged to have occurred.
Arthur A. Helzel, age 36, formerly of 12361 Route 120 in Shippen Township, had been scheduled for a jury trial on Wednesday, April 15 in front of Judge Richard Masson, following jury selection held in March.
