Jurors Need Only Minutes To Find Chapman Guilty

Jurors in Cameron County returned a speedy verdict in the retrial of a man who committed crimes against a child several years ago.
Joseph William Chapman, age 31, formerly of Emporium, Austin and Coudersport, was found guilty of a first-degree Felony charge of Indecent Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Person under the Age of 16, and a second-degree Felony charge of Statutory Sexual Assault on Monday in front of Judge Richard Masson.
