Local Blood Drive Exceeds Goal With 34 Donors
The American Red Cross Blood Drive was held at the Emporium VFW Club Rooms on Thursday, October 9th. Thirty donors were presented with a total of 34 productive donations. There was one not successful. Goal for the day was 30, so everyone was very pleased to go over the goal.
Congratulations to the following donors who were awarded pins: Barry Sarick, four gallons; Frank Armanini, 10 gallons; Donald Caton, 12 gallons; and Abby Ostrum, 21 gallons. First time donors were Glenn Byers and Kathy Lewis.
