Sweden Valley Manor Receives Award
Since 2011, Cole Memorial has been training staff, at all levels, on the usage of Toyota’s Lean System aka Cole’s (LIM)2 program. To-date, over 100 (LIM)2 projects have been developed. Results of the employees’ projects have included: improvements in the quality of patient care, safety, patient/employee satisfaction and innovative processes.
