Mother Nature Comes Through For Canoe, Kayak Classic
The Cameron County Canoe Classic race was held this past Saturday in Cameron County.
Despite windy, cold conditions, 89 canoes and kayaks registered for the race, which included a number of recreational and competitive classes for women, men and mixed couples.
Highs were in the fifties but it was periodically windy and overcast, making it feel much colder.
