October Blood Drive Short of Goal
The American Red Cross Blood Drive was held at the Emporium VFW Club Rooms on Thursday, October 13th, with 31 productive donations. Twenty-nine donors were presented, but one was a deferral and one was not successful, so the goal of 32 was not met. But the drive went very well overall.
Congratulations to the following donors who were awarded pins: Marsha Patros, 20 gallons, and Bunny McLean, 19 gallons.
