Raider Baseball Team Prepares For New Season

The 2016 Cameron County High School Red Raider Baseball team is under new management. Coach Jamer Cooney takes the helm in his first season as head coach. Joining him on the staff are assistants Dave Lyon and Randy Cooney. Cooney and Lyon last coached together in 2006 when the local Senior Little League team took second place in the state of Pennsylvania.
On paper the Raiders look like an experienced team with seven seniors, but only two are returners from last year. Jordan Crosby will be a big part of the 2016 squad, starting in the outfield.
