Raiders Finish Regular Season With Win Over Oswayo Valley

The Cameron County High School Red Raider varsity basketball team played their final North Tier League game of the season last Tuesday and gained a measure of redemption with a 53-46 win on Senior Night in Emporium. The Green Wave had won the first meeting between the two teams on January 14th in Shinglehouse by six points.
Trae Smith scored twenty-one points to pace CCHS in his duel with Oswayo Valley’s leading scorer, Brandon Brabham, who netted a game high twenty-three. But Brabham scored sixteen of his points in the first half before the Raider defense virtually shut down the three point specialist in the second half.
