The Cameron County High School Varsity football team took on the Port Allegany Gators in their final home game of the season and defeated the visitors 48-28 to pick up their initial victory of the season.

The Red Raiders amassed 537 yards including 451 on the ground in an impressive show of offense in front of a Senior Night crowd.

The Red Raiders led at halftime just 15-8. After jumping out to a 15-0 lead in the first quarter, Port Allegany scored before the half to draw within a touchdown. CCHS capped a long drive on their first offensive possession when senior running back Tristan Reed took a hand-off and scampered thirteen yards for his first of three touchdowns on the night. Reed then booted the PAT through the uprights.
