‘Rails to Trails’
I would like to give my opinion on the rails to trails programs being done in our area and nation wide.
There has been a court case already decided by the Supreme Court of the United States, by an 8 to 1 decision that when a railroad abandons a right of way, that right of way reverts to the landowner that granted this right of way to the railroads.
