Read Across America
This past week, Woodland Elementary School joined with schools across the country to celebrate Read Across America Week with a variety of activities. There were over fifty community readers from many different organizations participating.
Members of Rotary, GKN workers, community volunteers, School Board members and members of the Administration as well as students and athletes from Cameron County High School all visited the classrooms to read to the elementary students.
