Rotarian Marsha Hendrickson (left), introduced guest speaker, Erin Solveson, owner and operator of Wild Air Yoga Studio located here in Emporium on Cherry Street.

Erin was a runner for years before practicing yoga, but stated “at 32 her body felt  much older.” Three years ago she started practicing yoga. Yoga not only benefits the mind,  but improves the body’s flexibility, muscle strength, tone, respiration, cardio and circulatory health, energy and vitality. Yoga helps in every area of your life and you will feel better all over.

After 200 hours of yoga training, Erin obtained her teaching certification in Pittsburgh. She teaches both a gentle and power class for both men and women of all ages. The cost is $6.00 per class or 10 classes for $50.00 and classes are held various times during the week
