Rotarian Diana Boden introduced guest speaker, Bill Bogart, local businessman and historian, at the Rotary luncheon meeting January 24th.
After graduating from St. Bonaventure University and receiving a masters from Alfred University, Bill moved back to Emporium and has operated his own business, William Bogart Small Business Consulting, for the past 32 years.
