Shaffer Wins Regional Speech Contest
Mason Shaffer, a Junior at Cameron County High School, was the first place winner of the Rotary 4 Way Speech Contest held at the Regional level in Clearfield April 22 with her speech on Girl’s Right to Education.
The 4 Way Speech Contest incorporates the Rotary 4 Way Test: Is it the truth; Is it fair to all concerned; Will it build goodwill and better friendships; and Will it be beneficial to all concerned.
