Smith Charged With Child Endangerment
Criminal charges have been filed against an Emporium man for possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children.
Caleb Edward Smith, age 25, of West Sixth Street in the Emporium Borough, has been charged with four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one count possession of a small amount of marijuana and two counts of endangering the welfare of children following the execution of a search warrant at the residence in July.
