Unemployment Rate Up Slightly In County

 

 

The job numbers report for Pennsylvania was released late last month, showing the state rate now matching the rate across the United States at 5%.

The U.S. average remained the same from October to November, with the most recent release reflecting November’s numbers. Numbers are based on seasonally-adjusted data.

Pennsylvania’s rate dropped by one-tenth of one percent in that same time period, coming in below the November 2014 rate by the same amount. The national rate declined by 0.8% over the past year.
