Vandalism at Cameron County Ballfields

Last week, reports of vandalism were received by Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) from officials at both the softball fields in Sizerville and the Little League Complex near Prospect Park.

At the Sizerville softball fields, unknown individuals entered the complex, presumably at night, and applied white spray paint graffiti inside of the dugouts.

At the Cameron County Little League Complex, several vandals used red spray paint to write racial slurs, swastikas and other derogatory language on the concession stand and several garbage cans. The rear garage door was covered in red, poorly-spelled graffiti. All four bathroom doors, which were newly installed as part of a long-overdue project to renovate the restrooms, were sprayed with shoddy swastikas, leading investigators to believe that children were likely involved.
