Pleasantly Surprised With Rails to Trails

For the past two months I have been watching from our porch as the workers toil on transforming the railroad grade that runs from Emporium to St. Marys into a trail. This trail is to be a hiking/biking/snowmobile trail and is heralded to attract clientele to our area and help the businesses in Emporium.
Most of my thoughts have not been as positive as one might expect for someone who enjoys the outdoors as much as I do.
