Wandering Aimlessly Late Season Snowbirds

It was 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 10th, and the thermometer in the car read 2 degrees. I had packed a pair of shorts and was wearing blue jeans; we were headed toward the equator, so our Cameron County clothes we layered with during the winter were left behind.
