Cassie Frey (left), Marissa Doud, Lia Inman (right) were the top three place winners, respectively, in Emporium Rotary Club’s 4-Way Speech Contest. The final round of the local competition also included Dalton Ball, Cameron Harrier, Hannah Shaffer, and Logan Harpster.
