No one was hurt in this two-vehicle accident on Route 155 at its intersection with Route 120 in Shippen Township. David W. Pearce of Gipsy, was traveling approximately 10 mph south on Route 155 and drove through a stop sign. His vehicle’s front right bumper struck the front left bumper of a vehicle driven by Diana L. Connelly, 89, of Austin. Pearce’s vehicle was rendered inoperable with damage to its front end and was towed from the scene. Connelly’s vehicle had minor damage to its front right bumper and was driveable. Both operators and their passengers were wearing their seatbelts and were not injured in the crash.
