Raiders Drop Season Opener

The Cameron County High School Red Raider varsity baseball team opened its 2015 season at DuBois Central Catholic last Thursday and fell to the Cardinals 15-0 in a game shortened to three innings by the mercy rule.
CCHS, who has had just one full outside practice, committed multiple errors and put just one ball in play. Phil Meyers pitched a no-hitter for DCC and recorded seven of the nine outs by strikeout.
