Local Woman Arrested On Drug Charges
An Emporium woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and harboring a fugitive following a tip by the woman’s neighbor.
Kimberly Renee Guisto, age 45, has been charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of alpha-PVP (Bath Salts), and hindering an investigation/harboring or concealing and a charge of public drunkenness for an incident that occurred at her apartment at 228 West Fourth Street, Apartment 2 when she was “manifestly under the influence of a-PVP.”
