Alle-Catts Pound Smethport in Opener

The Emporium Alle-Catt baseball team opened the 2016 season in dominating fashion with an easy 16-1 win over the Smethport Goshawks.
In the game played at Olivett Field on Sunday the Catts plated eight runs in the first inning and never looked back.
Ryan Bresslin started on the mound and picked up the win. The Catt southpaw allowed a run and four hits while striking out seven in six innings of work.
